- Drafts & Revisions: We share work-in-progress previews (such as clay models and lighting drafts) for your feedback. Reasonable revision rounds included in your quote cover adjustments within the original brief; major structural or design changes requested after approval may be quoted separately.
- Payment & Final Delivery: Project milestones and payment terms are set out in your project quote. Full commercial usage rights to the final delivered renders or 3D models transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment.
- Confidentiality & Portfolio Display: We treat your unlaunched products, CAD files, and project briefs as confidential. Where agreed, we respect NDA requirements and do not publish confidential client work without permission.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- As-Is Basis: This Site and its portfolio showcase are provided on an “as-is” basis for informational purposes.
- Artistic & Technical Interpretations: 3D renders and visualizations are digital representations created from the plans, CAD files, or references provided. Actual physical construction, manufacturing tolerances, material dye lots, and real-world lighting conditions may vary from digital previews.
